THE SPACE
If you are traveling with children, this home has everything you need to keep them comfortable and entertained. Sound machines are available in every room, and there are plenty of children's books and toys to keep them occupied. A pack & play and booster seat are also provided, as well as children's dinnerware. The primary bedroom walk-in closet is particularly spacious and ideal for setting up the pack & play. Please note that this is a two-story home, and gates are not provided for the stairs.

Downstairs (Main Level)-

Living Room: Offers the perfect space for guests to unwind after a day of exploring North Idaho. It features a large screen Roku TV where you can stream your family's favorite movies while taking in the stunning views. The couches and chairs in the living room are also very comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

Dining Room: Equipped to comfortably seat six guests at the dining table, while four additional barstools are available at the kitchen counter. There are also two leather chairs located in the kitchen, providing additional seating for guests if needed.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals and spend quality time with friends and family. It boasts a range of appliances, including a gas oven and stovetop, a large side by side fridge/freezer, a trash compactor, and a dishwasher. The kitchen countertop offers seating for four guests with barstools, and two additional chairs are available at the lower kitchen countertop. Ample cabinet storage and a pantry ensure that guests have plenty of space to store their groceries and cooking supplies.

Laundry Room: Guests have complete access to the laundry room, which provides a washing machine and dryer, as well as complimentary dishwasher detergent and dryer sheets.

Deck: A large deck with breathtaking views and Blackstone griddle is situated adjacent to the dining room, providing guests with the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.

The room also boasts a spacious walk-in closet with a dresser for guests to store their belongings. Additionally, the en suite bathroom is equipped with a jetted bathtub, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Guestroom 4: Offers a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet to store belongings, and a convenient desk for guests to work or use their electronic devices.

Guestroom 5: Aka ‘the kids room’ is furnished with a full-size bunk bed, a smart TV, a couch, and plenty of children's toys and books to keep young guests entertained during their stay.

Upstairs bathroom: The spacious Jack and Jill bathroom, equipped with a shower and bathtub combo, is shared by Guestrooms 4 and 5.

Parking: There is a two car garage as well as a driveway in front of the house. Guests can comfortably fit 3-4 cars.
