In a four day stay only one person spoke and said have a good day. Staff not friendly at all. Bathroom door opened right to toilet really congested. Also last day stopped up front before waiting in line and asked about check out, didnt have time for me wait in line he said. Waited in line for 30 mins. for them to say leave keys in room at check out time and you are good to go. REALLY:(

Breakers Hotel

The park is amazing as always but the hotel experience is just mediocre. They could really do better with dedicated hotel concierges instead of relying on college kids. Rooms were clean and well stocked, though, so that's a plus.The food at the hotel was hit or miss and TGI Fridays is horrific (service and food quality).

Great location in the park, but hotel lacks basic services, soap was nonexistent, they didn’t provide hand soap and wouldnt provide if asked just a small bottle of shampoo. Towels and bed linen were subpar also. Outside common areas were great though

Early entrance into the park was awesome. We didn’t use most amenities at the hotel, but the beach access was fun! However, the room bathroom needs a fan for humidity purposes.

The hotel was just okay. Definitely not worth the cost. Our room smelled musty and despite the AC reading 66 it was still warm in our room. Sure, it was nice being able to walk right next door to the park, but I would rather have driven the 1/2 mile from a different (much cheaper) hotel that was equal in quality.

Location next to Cedar Point is fantastic, that is what you are paying for. The beach is also great and we enjoyed the cabanas and views. Besides that, very limited food options, slow service all around, one bartender at TGI Fridays and the Beach Bar every night; everything had an hour+ wait. Felt like it wasn’t properly staffed everywhere for the busy summer season. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day but you do get clean towels if you ask.

Our recent stay at Breaks was absolutely fantastic, and we can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the truly excellent staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a clear desire to ensure we had a wonderful visit. Their attentiveness truly made a difference. The food options at the hotel were a highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection that catered to all tastes. We particularly appreciated Starbucks in the morning The hotel's location was also ideal, providing early access to the park. It served as the perfect base for our adventures. And finally, a special shout-out to the pool – it was an absolute clutch during the storms! While the weather outside was a bit unpredictable, having such a well-maintained and enjoyable pool area allowed us to continue relaxing and having fun, regardless of the rain. It truly saved the day! Overall, our experience was exceptional. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly satisfied, largely due to the outstanding staff, superb dining, convenient location
