Pros: great communication, updated kitchen and appliances, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, miscellaneous kitchen supplies, smart TVs, good WiFi. Cons: older house, door lock was falling off door, floors were dirty, house was not as clean as expected, AC units in kitchen and bedrooms only.
