Great staff, noisy but nice

The room was fine, but the walls are thin and we were next to the pool. It was very loud right up until the pool closed at 10 PM. We had an early morning departure and didn't get much sleep. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a separate bedroom from the sitting area. There was no A/C in the bedroom, just a weird fan in the wall between the living room and the bedroom, which light shined through if someone was in the living room while another was trying to sleep in the bedroom. There's also no elevator. It was no problem for us, but guests with mobility challenges be sure to request a first floor room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If we are in the area again, I would stay again but I would require a corner room on the outside, not on the poolside.

I just stayed here for 8 days on a sister trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and welcoming. The indoor pool and hot tub were a treat. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

The room was large and comfortable, the beds were great. Only issue was that the mini fridge had a constant, loud hum that made it hard to sleep. Also could use 1-2 more chairs for the eating area since there were 3 of us in the room.

Our regular rate room was bigger than expected, with a mini kitchen-like area complete with two stools to sit at a countertop table. Very clean and well maintained, as well. Area is lovely, with a great restaurant next door (we didn't even need to drive there).

I would recommend this lodge. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfasts are convenient and enjoyable. While we didn't have a chance to use the indoor pool or hot tub, both appeared well-maintained and inviting—great options for relaxing. The town of Sandwich offers plenty of great dining choices, many just a short distance from the lodge. My only minor critiques are that the towels could use an upgrade, and the heating system was a bit noisy and couldn't be turned off, which was a bit inconvenient at night. Still, overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily return in the future.
