I called 2/9 to ask procedure for late arrival. We were flying in from Elmira,Ny and were scheduled to land at 10:44 and by the time we could get our luggage and it could be late. I was told they would do an audit at 1:00 to 2:00 and it would charge me for the next day. (This lady was not at all friendly but kept telling about the audit) We arrived prior to one. (The guy at the night desk did not have a smile either. ) The girl who does breakfast was wonderful-smiling and accommodating. The room 109 had a funky smell. It seems like the hotel in general has gone down hill since our last stay. The pull curtains need to be cleaned(it looked like blood on the curtain. The morning desk clerk had a smile and wished us a good day.
