The shuttle bus drivers both times were prompt and friendly, and we felt this was a huge plus for the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, and the beds comfortable, but we stayed on the third floor, where there was a very loud air conditioning unit. In the room whenever the fan would turn on, it sounded like heavy breathing, and after it turned off we heard a creak like a door shutting in a spooky haunted house. We laughed about it, but it was noisy. Other than that, the front desk staff were wonderful and breakfast was good. It is in walking distance to different restaurants, including Cracker Barrel, Outback, McDonald's, and Texas Roadhouse.

My family and I had moved to this hotel after staying at a Disney resort, but wanted to be closer to Sanford airport for an early flight next morning. Upon arrival, check in was good. Young man at desk was pleasant. He gave us our room keys and we went up to the room. We had a 2 queen bed suite- pullout sofa. First thing I noticed was the floors- not carpet, which I actually like, but they still require cleaning. There was hair and visible debris on the floor. I wiped the floor with Clorox wipes and I’m not sure when the last time those were actually cleaned. Bathroom was basic, which was fine, but under the sink on the tiles you could see that at some point they must have been leaking pipes bc there was white limescale residue on the tile with visible dust and dirt under the sink, which leads me to believe if it wasn’t a direct traffic area it has not been cleaned. Beds were clean, but had visible dips. Upon pulling sofa bed out, the protector for the mattress was stained and gross looking. I had to inflate our air mattress to out on top of it bc I was so grossed out. I’m not sure if this was just a room specific thing, as this hotel was rated well for cleanliness or the ppl leaving reviews previously don't know what actually “clean” is. Thank goodness we were only there 1 night and it was literally 4 hours of sleep , but wouldn’t say this would ever be my choice again.

The noise from the highway is very loud. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not a great choice. Also the AC temperate remained the same regardless of what temperature it was set to. Breakfast was okay with very limited seating. Items like fruit were not replenished. Really wish they would have had fresh brewed coffee. The hotel check-in was easy with plenty of parking.

The bed was so uncomfortable. There was no shower curtain. We really needed sleep after traveling, but it was so uncomfortable we were more tired.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The front desk supervisor was very polite. That guy deserves a raise. my daughter called a couple hours before we got there to make sure I booked the right hotel, and he remembered my name when I went to check in. The best stay I have had in a hotel in many tears!!!
