We had a late check-in and at that hour there's no one at the desk. You have to call a phone number for someone to let you in and there was no way to get in. We were exhausted and cannot get into our room. The room had cockroaches and the bedsheets had blood stain the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in for the amount of money we had to paycockroaches.

It was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It literally sounded like there was a herd of elephants above me. Kids screaming in the hallways. I stayed there so I could get a little extra sleep before I got on a flight. I should’ve stayed home.

I booked a room through you with 2 queen beds as I was picking up a buddy at the airport at 11:00 PM and flying out at 8:00 AM the next morning. When I arrived at the hotel they did not have a room with 2 beds available. Very unprofessional booking, totally unsatisfied.

The rooms were not up to par. I understand that it’s an affordable stay, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that all they do is wipe with fabuloso but not clean anything. The floors were filthy, the stove was dirty and so was the fridge. Would not recommend.

There is a terrible moldy smell, the bathroom is dirty, fixtures are falling apart, doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned. The hallways are dirty, needs to be painted, bed frames are dirty also
