The property inside and out was dirty. The floor in the room hadn't been swept prior to our arrival. The metal bed frame had dirt and filth in all the corners. Could not see out one window because it was dirty. The smell was terrible in the hallways. No hair dryer. You truly get what you pay for!

It filed my need for a place to sleep before getting to the Sanford/Orlando Airport in the early am. Clean, comfortable bed and linens. A tv with access for viewing the super bowl game.

This was the worst stay ever! Hallway smelled of piss. Room wasn’t much better. A dog barked/cried most of the night in a room nearby. Worst of all were the roaches, at least 50, all over the bathroom tub,walls, floor, door, sink, and toilet. We left at 5am - couldn’t take it! I would like a full refund.

Would have to be desperate to return
Late check in so had to wait a while to get into room and had to keep lights on to keep a few roaches at bay. Room, bed and bath were mostly clean other than previous tenant trash still in can under sink. Had discounts to use so got the $12 worth paid for the one night stay to get some sleep and a shower.

Horrible Hotel!!!
STAY AWAY!! Dirty, loud, and just gross!! Had 2 rooms for my son and I because I had to have him at the Sanford Airport at 4:45 in the morning and this hotel was inly 7 minutes sway. Son was woken up with something crawling on his leg and it turned out to be roaches!! Rooms were not clean nor were the hallways. Guest were loud and someone had left a dog in the room next to mine by itself and it was clawing at the door and barking trying to get out all night. Would have been better off sleeping in my car. Horrible place!!
