The open kitchen is a chef's dream with gorgeous stone countertops, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances—perfect for preparing a meal.

The primary suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with custom tile. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, serene décor, and ample closet space. The guest bathroom includes elegant custom tile and a brand-new vanity.

*Additional amenities include a washer and dryer located on the lower level (currently under repair, with completion expected in April 2025).

Sunset South is ideally located near Sanibel's attractions, across from the bike path, and within walking distance to a tiki bar and golf course. This mid-sized complex contains 56 units and is directly on the beach, offering breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views. Please note that there are no elevators in the complex.
