Pool water was really cold but we also had 2 days of cool weather too. Sadly the 2 brand new wicker chairs arrived in 2 boxes but were never put together during my 3 week stay. The ones left on the deck were falling apart. The house was spacious and had all the linens, towels and wash cloths needed along with beach towels. I needed to be available 2 mornings to let the plumber in to fix the running toilets. The kitchen cabinets could use a thorough cleaning on the doors and drawer fronts. A decor refresh would also be nice. Chip, the property manager checked in frequently.

Amazing Sanibel House

This is the best rental house we’ve ever stayed in for the past ten years at least. Location is top notch - less than a ten minute walk to the beach if you walk slowly. Short walk to Lighthouse Cafe (less than a mile if you cut through Beach Road) and easy bike ride to supermarket and other restaurants and stores. Property manager couldn’t be more responsive. Brand new king size bed and all beds very comfortable. Brand new huge washer and huge dryer. Sizable and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of extra sheets and towels. Outside sitting area is great with plenty of space to relax and eat and swim in the lovely heated pool- all screened in. Extra half bath is nice. We were here for a month and were able to arrange for extra cleaning during our stay.

Wonderful Property!

We were fortunate to be able to book this property for 2 months this year while our home was being remodeled. Very clean and appointed property with an excellent location. Easy on/off the island and short walking distance to several restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 3 of us (and guests that visited). Nice pool area out back. Would highly recommend staying here.
