For recreation and entertainment, G204 offers in-unit beach equipment and beach toys, and Smart TVs for satellite and internet streaming apps in the living room and all three bedrooms. Free WIFI provided in the unit. This condo will be your private Sanibel Island oasis located on the quiet west-end of the Island. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The spacious 3-bedroom and 2 full bath floor plan sleeps up to 6 with two master bedrooms with King beds and one smaller bedroom with two Twin beds. The first master bedroom with King bed has a private bath with a walk-in shower and built-in vanity. The second master bedroom with king bed has a private dressing room with direct access to a full bath. The third bedroom with two twin beds has a large closet and is located directly across the hall from the second full bath.

Kitchen: G204 has a new, large open-concept kitchen with a central island and high-end appliances.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table comfortably seats six. The living room and lanai offer plenty of seating to relax.
