The floor plan offers 1,554 square feet of just renovated total living area. With two bedrooms, 2 baths and a bonus den, there is plenty of space to live, work, entertain or just spread out. Compass Point 133 also has a laundry room with full sized washer & dryer.
The huge living area has space for the whole family, and the dining area is integrated as part of the open floor plan. The modern kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is of course fully stocked with modern countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy.
The Compass Point development is a mid-sized complex containing just 45 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Compass Point is located directly on the beach with over 300 feet of frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1979, the complex offers floor plans of over 1,500 square feet, as well as a heated pool, barbecue gas grills, elevators and covered parking. Sanibel Retreat
We loved Compass pointe! The unit was comfortable and quickly became home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax after a day on the beach. The only challenges were using the stairs, especially when moving in and out, and the bugs were bad. We all returned home covered with multiple itchy bites.
