Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts construction began on12/4/23 with a targeted completion of 3/16/24. Estimated Elevator completion date for Building 5 is 1/24/24.***The pool is now open.***

A full kitchen and dining table for 6 make it easy to cook and entertain. Also provided are 3 TV's, Wi-Fi and beach equipment for your use. Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, elevators, gas grills, tennis court and shuffleboard. The condo is dog friendly (25 pounds or less and 1 dog per property) with a non-refundable pet fee. This is a non-smoking property.

Great location and nice side view of beach. Good supply of cooking utensils and plastic containers for storing food. Large (& deep) pool that kids enjoyed - in addition to floating in the gulf. Spacious rooms and nice amount of beach chairs. Only one beach towel - so come prepared.

Fantastic Rental

Rental unit was very clean! It had 4 beach chairs, 2 beach unbrellas and offered a renters closet filled with toys, games etc. Master bath was clogged, called rental office and someone was there within two hours to fix it. Loved that the rental office called after two days to check in on how our stay was and if we needed anything else during our stay.

Logggerhead Cay 532

Check in process was super fast and helpful. The condo was clean and well cared for with exception to the carpet that was stained in many places. When the air conditioner quit cooling, the agency was prompt and courteous. All service people were very polite and responsive.

Great beach condo

We had an awaesome time at this rental. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked . Loved the location, great view of the beach and access was only short steps away. Enjoyed the pool, very family friendly.

Excellent Property

We had a great time at Loggerhead Cay. The unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The unit had a great view of the pool area, and was very close to the beach so we didn't have very far to walk. The unit had everything we needed to have a great week-long get away. We would absolutely return in the future. Thank you!
