Excellent location, close to the beach. Bright clean and reasonably well appointed condo. Big negative was the constant construction going on in the adjacent building.While the listing indicated “construction” in the complex, it was noted that most of it was next door to thus unit. As such, we could not utilize our nice outdoor space from 8-4 mon-sat. We think should be more defined when advertising this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable unit, but lacked some basics. Patio furniture very uncomfortable. Floors are all tile and slippery - could use runners next to beds. Limited number of table settings - only 4 coffee cups. Housekeeping needs to keep shower drains cleaned - had to unclog old hair and soap. Had to get garbage disposal drain fixed since it was installed wrong. Filter in refrigerator kept beeping for replacement.Overall the unit had a great view, nice new appliances and good TV sets. The missing details as noted above would have made it first class.
