Unit H1 has everything you need for a delightful stay at the beach. This corner unit has been carefully restored and tastefully decorated with cheerful Florida colors, custom all-wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a separate beverage refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for beach entertaining and multiple guests. The kitchen window even has a custom stained glass panel to remind you of the beach. Watch the 65 inch TV in the living room from the comfort of the swivel recliner, or watch on the 32 inch TVs in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a foam mattress and extra storage under the bed, along with a built-in dresser. The second bedroom also has foam mattresses and a dresser. The beach is five minutes away, and the view from the lanai encompasses the campus landscaping and the Gulf. All tile floors ensure easy cleaning and comfort. Dine comfortably outside on the lanais furnished with 6 chairs, dining table, ceiling fan and chaise lounge.
