The fully equipped kitchen, heating in all rooms, private TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and step-free interior ensure comfort. Families have access to a private high chair, travel cot, shared playground (use at your own risk), shared toys and children's books, as well as beach towels.



Outside, you will find two private, uncovered terraces and your own barbecue. The property also offers a fenced private playground, perfect for families with children.



You can park on a shared parking space at the house. A table tennis table is a 15-minute walk away.



The host’s daughter lives with two lively children on the first floor, so occasional noise may occur. The accommodation is 17 km east of Rostock and about 10 minutes by car from the A19/A20 motorway junction. Woods and meadows are just a minute’s walk away. In Gubkow, there is a swimming lake with a public playground, table tennis, football field with two goals, and a climbing tower right by the water. Another swimming lake with a bathing jetty is 1 km away. In spring and autumn, cranes gather here and, with a bit of luck, you might spot a sea eagle flying by.
