Şanlıurfa ziyaretimde 1 gece kaldım ancak maalesef memnun ayrılmadım. Gece saat 3 - 4’e kadar kesilmeyen yüksek müzik sesi nedeniyle uyumak mümkün olmadı. Üstelik sabahın erken saatlerinde kapım birkaç kez zorlandı; dışarı çıkıp baktığımda, resepsiyonun benim kaldığım odanın anahtarını başka misafirlere de verdiğini öğrendim. Bu durum hem güvenlik hem de mahremiyet açısından kabul edilemez bir amatörlük. ​Oda hazırlığı da oldukça yetersizdi; telefon kablosu bile bağlanmadan çekmeceye bırakılmıştı, dolapta yedek yastık veya yorgan yoktu. Kahvaltı genel olarak fena olmasa da hijyen açısından reçel gibi ürünlerin açık kaplarda değil, kapalı paketlerde sunulmasını ve suyun sürahide değil, kapalı şişede verilmesini beklerdim. Özetle, hizmet standartları beklentimin çok altında kalan, vasat bir işletme.
