Ideal for families with children, located on a golf course with private surveillance and good access to go to the different beaches of Chipiona, Costa Ballena, Rota, Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz. and two kilometers from the town and the beach of Sanlucar. It takes 7 minutes to go downtown with your own vehicle and has a private garage in the basement.
