The accommodation, located on the second floor of a building with a lift, opens onto a living area consisting of a double sofa bed, television and dining table. Through the living room/kitchen it is possible to access a charming furnished terrace with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with bidet and shower and a guest bathroom.

Sanremo: City of Flowers, Casino and Song Festival. In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of considerable merit, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed are the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, among the most celebrated symbols of the city and the Sanctuary Madonna della Costa, in Baroque style. The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theatre, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

It is also recommended not to leave the city without taking a stroll along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.



Nice airport and Genoa airport are respectively one hour and 10 minutes and approximately two hours by car from the apartment, whilst Sanremo train station is reachable in approximately 5 minutes by car.
