The apartment is on the fourth floor in an elegant residence with gatehouse, private underground parking area. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small area equipped with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV LCD HD 32', air-conditioning.
The terrace overlooking the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful stunning sea view while you eat.
The apartment is about 50-80 meters from the beach and about 200m from supermarket.
The famous Promenade Imperatrice begins there and leads to the city center, with boutiques and the Ariston Theatre, passing from the Casino. The apartment is also close to a nice playground, perfect for children.
You are also very near to the cycle track long almost 20 km entirely on the coast side. (on the cycle track there is the possibility to rent bikes)

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Die Stadt ist groß und schön. Die Tiefgarage war vorteilhaft und gut zugänglich. Die Wohnung war von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und groß genug für 4 Personen oder eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Verständigung war gut

Wonderful view and a nice appaertment
We had a nice week of holidays and were satisfied with the stay. Some small thinks could be renovated for future stay including a better equipped kitchen. But it was alright, no problems with check in and organisation.

irrreführende Falschangaben - eigentlich nicht empfehlenswert
.... der Pool als Ausstattungsmerkmal +der Meerblick waren für mich die Gründe für die Buchung ...
Leider stimmen Beschreibung und Reallität nicht überein.
- angefangen mit der Objektgbeschreibung auf italienisch ...
sorry, ich spreche englisch, französisch und deutsch.
Also warum bekomme ich von jemandem, der an
Touristen aus Deutschland vermietet keine Beschreibung
in der Weltsprache englisch ? ... ok das hätte ioch noch
verkraftet aber:
- Der Pool (=angegebenes Ausstattungsmerkmal) gehört nicht zu der Anlage sondern zu einem Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Nutzung ist nur möglich, wenn man dort ein Frühstük zu sich nimmt o. Ähnliches... ergo kommen zusätzliche nicht genannte Kosten auf einen zu (ca. 10-20 Euro tägl.
Das muß man in der Beschreibung angeben ... ich bin sehr verärgert, zumal ich mit leerem Magen schwimme und nicht nach dem Essen...
Weitere Minuspunkte:
- das kaum zu belüftende Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster
- das viel zu kleine leicht angegimmelte Bad
- die Terassentüren, die man nicht verschließem konnte
- die nicht behindertengerechte Tiefgarage mit Rampe,
aber dann mit unüberwindlicher Türschwelle
- die viel zu schmalen Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage
Der Preis ist demnach also absolut überzogen mindestens um 30%.
Wirklich schön waren die Terasse mit Meerblick + die Küche... diesbezüglich kann man sich auf die Beschreibung verlassen ....
