You will have an entire apartment (70 sqm) at your disposal with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) located on the ground floor, easily accessible even by those with reduced mobility (but we don’t have disabled facilities).

The house is fully equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning/heating, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, smoke detectors and gas and carbon monoxide detectors have been installed for your safety.

If you need a crib for your baby, let us know and we will provide it for you free of charge.

You will also find at your disposal a private and fully fenced, large and versatile courtyard that can be used flexibly thanks to the roller awning that ensures you an optimal shade or sun area and makes it perfect for any occasion:

▸to enjoy an aperitif at sunset when the sea breeze begins to rise or to have your favourite meals outdoors
▸to relax in the shade while reading a good book
▸to sunbathe while the kids take their afternoon nap

The apartment is located in a residential area with numerous shops: 3 supermarkets, delicatessen, butcher, bakery and pizza by the slice, takeaway pizza, restaurants, bars and ice cream shop, pharmacy, newsstand, tobacconist and bicycle, skate and rickshaw rental

▸If you love the sea, the apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the equipped beach of San Martino (with bar, showers, deck chair rental, umbrellas and children's play area) to enjoy a fantastic relaxing holiday without having to use the car.

▸You can do your favourite water sports or, if you want to keep your feet on the ground, not far from the house you can rent bicycles, skates or rickshaws to enjoy the iodine-laden air while you ride along the pedestrian cycle path that runs along the sea and connects Sanremo with neighbouring towns.

▸The train station is about 1 km away (even without a car you can easily reach Montecarlo and the French Riviera)

▸The public transport stop is about 200 meters away from the apartment

▸About 1.8 km away you will find the center of Sanremo (Ariston Theatre and Casino) easily reachable on foot from the pedestrian cycle path or from the sea promenade overlooking Porto Sole or by public transport (5 bus stops).

In the apartment you will find all the information you need to make your stay unique, including some tourist information with suggestions on what to visit in the area.

Only the tourist tax is excluded, which you will have to pay in cash at the check-in, which is currently 2.00 euros per day per person (except for children under 12 who are exempt) and is applied to the first 15 days of stay.

A security deposit of 200 euros is required and will be returned to you within three days of your check-out if there has been no damage to the property.
