Welcome to our villa "CASA LISCIA" located in Sant'Andréa d'Orcino, a true haven of peace between the sea and the mountains with a breathtaking view of the maquis and close to the most beautiful beaches.<br><br>With an area of 100 m2, this modern and comfortable villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends.<br><br>The sleeping area is composed of a master suite with its private bathroom and toilet (160x200 bed) with a view of the mountain, as well as two other bright and elegant bedrooms (160x200 bed and two 90x190 beds). You have a dressing room in each bedroom and two other dressing rooms, one in the entrance and the other in the master bathroom. A second bathroom with bath/shower is at your disposal as well as a second separate toilet.<br><br>The exterior is composed of an 80 m² terrace with an exceptional panoramic view that will take your breath away.<br><br>A private heated swimming pool (3x6 m) is at your disposal.<br><br>You will enjoy an exceptional outdoor space of nearly 100 m² with terrace and swimming pool.<br><br>You will have at your disposal a modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as a bright living room with a modern and warm atmosphere.<br><br>A laundry room with washing machine is also at your disposal.<br><br>Security cameras are only present to the outside.<br><br>For any requests for additional information on availability, you can reach me at 06.16.01.04.16.<br><br>A 5-minute drive from the beach of La Liscia (Calcatoggio) with water activities, restaurants and boat rental.<br><br>Shops: 3 minutes by car, there is a SPAR, a pharmacy and the post office, and 5 minutes away there is a bakery and a butcher.<br><br>You are 15 minutes from Sagone and 35 minutes from the airport and Ajaccio.<br><br>Minimum stay of 5 nights.<br>In July and August: minimum stay of 7 nights, with arrival and departure only on Saturdays.<br><br>Before your departure, please respect the following instructions:<br><br>- Remove the sheets and gather the bed linen and towels, <br>- Do not leave any foodstuffs in the home (refrigerator, cupboards, etc.)<br>- Empty all rubbish bins.<br>- Clean used dishes and store them properly.<br>- Clean the plancha.<br><br>End-of-stay cleaning is included, but these few gestures are essential for the next occupants.<br>A cleaning deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival.<br>This will be returned to you in full upon departure, subject to compliance with these instructions.

Un séjour absolument magnifique !Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison et nous en sommes ravis ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le cadre, le calme et le charme des lieux. Tout était réuni pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en Corse.La maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée et surtout très bien entretenue. Nous nous y sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur et nous en avons largement profité !L’emplacement est également idéal pour découvrir cette magnifique région, avec de très beaux paysages et de nombreux endroits à découvrir à proximité.Un grand merci également aux propriétaires, à Irene et à Celine pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir !Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer de superbes vacances en Corse.Merci pour tout et à très bientôt, nous l’espérons !
