Surrounded by a beautiful pine trees forest, Villa Salada is a 500m2 ibizencan style house, with a spectacular sea view and close to the Cala Salada beach to rich in just five minutes walking.
The outdoor spaces host the private pool 10x4mt, the deck with parasols, sunbeds and a Balinse bed, a covered terrace with thable for the outdoor dining,and and an external kitchen with a built- in barbecue.

Just few steps we enter inside the living room with sofas and the fireplace, where to admire the beautiful sea view. At this level the big fully equipped kitchen and 6 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, two have double beds the other 4 two twin beds.

On the lower level another living room with tv and a small kitchen and on the back the loundry room with indipendent entrance.

Complete the property the uncovered parking plus one at the lower level.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
