Very well located house in S'Agaró, one step to the beach, with community area, garden and swimming pool.
This spacious property has 192 m2 distributed in living-dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms (1 suite, 2 doubles), two bathrooms and laundry. In the rooms and the living room, there is independent air conditioning, charged based on consumption. It also has two terraces for private use, one of them with views of the pool and the sea the other with a courtyard. Wooden frames, stoneware floors and natural gas heating.
The access to the beach is only at two minutes walking and in a few minutes more you can reach the centre of S'Agaró where you will find a butcher's, fishmonger's, supermarket and bakery of quality.Sant Feliu or Playa d'Aro can also be reached within a short drive.From this strategic point of the Costa Brava, there is the option of visiting many other towns along the coast that are close by. We also advise nature lovers to stroll along the beautiful coastal paths that we have in our area and to enjoy the various water activities that can be carried out in this idyllic setting.- Tourist tax not included in the price.
