Appartement conforme à l’annonce, confortable et bien équipé, proche plage et petits commerces. La place de parking est indispensable, malgré un accès un peu compliqué pour gros véhicule. Bertrand est réactif et disponible pour les échanges.

Le top pour des vacances sur la Costa Brava

D'excellentes vacances en famille, dans un très bel appartement spacieux avec une grande terrasse, piscine, proche de la plage. Beaucoup d'activités à proximité. Nous avons pu profiter d'une chouette expérience en catamaran, les jeunes du paddle.

Wij hebben erg genoten van onze vakantie in dit ruime appartement. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken. Alles wat je denkt nodig te hebben, denk aan keuken etc is aanwezig. Excellente location, à recommander

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en septembre 2016 et nous en avons été pleinement satisfait. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très spacieux et fonctionnel, propre et en bon état. La piscine, bien qu'un peu ombragée, est très agréable. Les deux places de parking sont bien utiles car il est difficile de trouver une place de stationnement en dehors de la résidence. Sa situation à quelques minutes à pied de la très belle plage de Sant Pol est idéale. La côte à cet endroit est magnifique et de nombreuses randonnées familiales très agréables sont possibles dont le Cami de Ronda qui borde la côte de Sant Feliu à Platja d'Aro en offrant des panoramas spectaculaires. Nous recommandons cette location d'autant plus que le propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses locataires et très réactif. En résumé, un très bon plan.

"C''était un agréable séj...

"C''était un agréable séjour fin octobre 2012. Nous y étions à 6, 2 adultes et 4 adolescents. L''appartement était très grand, fonctionnel et équipés avec tout ce dont une famille nombreuse a besoin. La literie était récente et de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié la machine à laver dans l''appartement. L''immeuble très bien entretenu et les abords soignés avec sa piscine propre et invitante! Il faudrait juste mieux indiquer le nom de l''immeuble car notre arrivée de nuit ne nous a pas permis de l''identifier de suite. La proximité immédiate de la plage d''un côté et des commerces de l''autre en font un endroit facile à vivre pour une famille, tout en restant calme car dans une ruelle pas passante. En résumé un bon plan à signaler!"
