The holiday home has a beautiful panoramic sea view and is located in a very quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar.
It has a very large terrace and three small terraces. From all the terraces you have a wonderful view of the sea and the sun all day.
Even in the new construction pool you can enjoy the sea view.
The pool water is slightly salty and avoids the usual clor tablets at the pool, which is very pleasant for the skin.
At the entrance is the living room with dining area. From the living room you enter the balcony with sea view.
The kitchen is located directly behind the dining room and can be closed by a sliding door. It is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher.
On the upper floor is a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The lower floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The house has free wireless internet access and international TV channels.
Parking is available in front of the house.
The beautiful beach of Canyelles is only 4 km away and the center of Lloret de Mar, with its long beach, numerous restaurants and numerous shops, is only 6 km away.
Tossa de Mar is 11 km away and Barcelona is 95 km away.
