This home situated amid sea and mountains is also in close proximity to the town of Sant Iscle de Vallalta. It is in the Montnegre Natural Park, 5 km from the beaches of Arenys De Mar and Sant Pol. The region is ideal for hiking, playing golf in Sant Cerbia 2 km. Top quality restaurants and sourcing of organic products can be found nearby at 1.4 km, where you can also explore the town centre for myriad avenues. In the nearby Montnegre Natural Park, there are trekking trails and off-road routes that you might enjoy. The guests' privacy is guaranteed. The staff area is completely separated from the accommodation, pool, and garden. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Berg und wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Allerdings merkt man, dass einige Dinge etwas veraltet sind und besser gepflegt werden könnten. In einem der Badezimmer gab es kein heißes Wasser, das WLAN funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht (war es die Telefongesellschaft?) und wir konnten den Grill nicht benutzen, weil er zu schmutzig war und nicht funktionierte (Gas). An allen Seiten des Hauses gibt es schöne Terrassen, so dass Sie überall im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen können. Bei Temperaturen von 33 Grad ist es in den Schlafzimmern sehr warm. Die Betten sind etwas klein und nicht sehr bequem. Es gibt eine Reihe von Ventilatoren, die über die Schlafzimmer verteilt sind, aber nicht alle funktionieren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir kauften einen Wasserkocher und ließen ihn zurück, weil wir ihn wirklich vermissten. Der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein.

Deze villa heeft echt een geweldige sfeer! Zo ruim, perfect voor een gezin of een groep. Het privézwembad is een echte 'game changer' voor zomerse bijeenkomsten. Ook het strand is maar een klein stukje rijden. Ik kan niet wachten om mijn foto's van de tuin te plaatsen. De keuken is geweldig om samen te koken. Geen slappelingen, ik kom zeker terug!
