The living space is on the same level as the main porch and garden, making it especially convenient for enjoying outdoor meals when the weather is nice.
The main highlight is the 5,000 m² fenced garden with lawn, trees, and a unique pool. There are barbecues, several shaded relaxation areas, and an agility park for pets. The garden is shared with few guests, as the property has limited capacity and two levels with separate outdoor areas.
