At the top of a verdant hill of maritime pines, it has a fantastic view of the legendary islet of Es Vedrà, famous for its radiant and mysterious energy. It is ideally located to reach all the beautiful beaches in the south west between Cala D'Hort and Cala Conta. San Josè, the peaceful and authentic village of the area, with its white houses and the magnificent church, reachable in seven minutes by car. IBIZA with its frenetic "nightlife" remains at 20 minutes by car and so is the airport. Sant'Antonio with its spectacular sunset and the famous Cafè del Mar in a quarter of an hour.
The recently renovated studio is spacious (approx. 45 sq m) furnished with an elegant and typical Ibizan taste.
