Rooms need updating, rust and wear and tear damage throughout, leaking toliets, not 5 star standard, fridges are small and limited drinks which are free however the canned water leaves an interesting taste in your mouth. while you can fight over the one can of coke daily!
Outside areas need maintenance, general jobs around the walls, grass/plants lighting and the block pavement, so many are loose and trip hazards, a weekly check would highlight the issues and have them sorted in no time.
When it comes to noise, at no stage do they tell you that there is constant flow of aircraft directly overhead, Rooms are not sound proofed, so no need to set your alarm clock as 0630 onwards flights are in and outbound, and don't worry about the evening as flights carry on through the night!!
Pool noise is okay, some days they have an in-house DJ which were good.
Pool side is fun as it's either British or Germans putting their towels out before sunrise to secure their spots. potential for a new reality show "fastest towels in Ibiza"
Beach is located very close, however the hotel does not have a referral or discount program with the three beach bars so you will pay full price unless you take hotel towels to the beach with you.
All you can eat buffer, several stations, fair amount of food is cooked fresh that day, however not 5 star and some dishes will not make your taste buds jump for joy.
