Villa Nieves is a 290m2 property recently renovated in a pot of 1000m2 close to Port d’es Torrent, with a salted water pool 12x5mt surrounded by a deck with parasolos, gazebos, sundebs and two balinese beds. A covered terrace with table for dinners outside , chill areas for relaxing and a built-in professional barbecue.

The Villa offer a big living room with sofas, satellite TV and the fireplace,a modern kitchen is full equipped.
4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, tv, safe, two on the main floor, both with two single beds (90cm), and two on the first floor with double beds (160cm)

Parking space for 3-4 car complete the property.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool

Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
