This spacious villa sleeps 8 guests in 5 well-sized bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms inside the villa and 1 bathroom by the pool, and two living areas, perfect for relaxing or kicking off the night. One of the lounges even features a bar area to set the tone before heading out.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, and there are both indoor and outdoor dining areas for group meals.

🚙GETTING AROUND:
Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. If you want to book or request quote, just ask .

PLEASE NOTE:
-THE POOL IS FOR YOUR PRIVATE USE ONLY
-STRICTLY NO EVENTS ALLOWED
-No extra beds can be added to the villa.
-There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 2 weeks before arrival.
- If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
-All rubbish must be taken out, any big bags of rubbish left will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.
-Twin beds can be joined and prepared as doubles with a comfort topper upon request. Optional setup service: €25 per bed (to cover additional preparation). Please confirm your preferred configuration before arrival.


CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.
All these payments are collected separately by the host before arrival.
