Spacious house for 6 people on ONE level no stairs !!

The bungalow 'La Casa del Justin' was completely renovated in 2013 and has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, winter garden,
2 bathrooms heated, pantry and large outdoor terrace. Each bedroom and the living room has air conditioning / heating / TV SAT. The lovely garden with palm trees, lemons and orange trees and a private pool invite you to relax. The property is completely fenced. The pool area and the relaxation area are covered opaque. An outdoor grill is available for the grill lover.
In addition to the fridge and freezer, the kitchen also offers all the necessary utensils for daily needs (dishes, coffee machine etc.), of course, dishwasher / washing machine as well as a ceramic hob and oven.
The bungalow has WiFi with which you can serve to your heart's content on the Internet. Towels / bed linen are plentiful.

Erneut einen schönen Aufenthalt

Nachdem wir vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal in dem Haus fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub waren, haben wir uns auch dieses Jahr fĂŒr die Unterkunft entschieden. Wir haben es nicht bereut und wieder eine schöne Unterkunft vorgefunden. Frau Steiger antwortet schnell auf Fragen und die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Haus , nette Vermieterin

Wir hatten schöne Tage, die beauftragte Hausverwaltung ( gibt jetzt eine Neue) war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Vermieterin Frau Steiger hat dann sofort reagiert und alles persönlich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst . Wir können es also nur positiv bewerten.

Tolle und erholsame Tage in Cala Millor

Die Finca bietet einem alles was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Austattung. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Raum um sich ungestört zu Sonnen oder im Pool abzukĂŒhlen. Die Lage ist ideal gelegen und zum Strand sind es 1,2 KM. SupermĂ€rkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zu finden. Vor allem möchte ich den hervorragenden Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hervorheben. Frau Steiger war immer erreichbar hat uns tolle Tipps fĂŒr Restaurants, AusflĂŒge und SportaktivitĂ€ten gegeben. Eine sehr sympathische Dame, die sehr hilfsbereit war. Der Kontakt vor Ort war völlig Reibungslos und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schönen 5 Tage.

So ein wunderschönes Haus habe ich nur selten erlebt. Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns wie zu hause gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool ist super. Die Einweisung fĂŒr das Haus, durch die Dame vor Ort, war auch sehr gut, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
