Finca Biniparrell Vell is a charming rural accommodation located on the Biniparrell path, in the municipality of Sant Lluís, surrounded by extensive areas of vegetation that guarantee tranquillity and privacy.



The property has a spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool, garden, private parking, terrace and pergola. Guests can enjoy 10 sun loungers with 2 umbrellas. Next to the entrance there is a pleasant outdoor dining area, with a table and chairs under a pergola, as well as a brick barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.



Inside, the dwelling features a spacious living room equipped with large sofas, flat-screen TV, free wifi and garden views. The decoration combines a welcoming rustic style with subtle modern touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.



The independent kitchen, fully equipped (includes dishwasher), also has a table and chairs for daily meals.

Important information: Finca Biniparrell Vell is located in a rural setting with areas of the estate dedicated to agricultural exploitation, forming part of the charm and essence of an authentic Menorcan estate. Occasionally, the farmer responsible for the exploitation may access the agricultural areas situated around the estate to carry out typical farming tasks. These visits are occasional and are limited exclusively to agricultural work areas, with no access to the dwelling or to the private areas used by guests, so they do not interfere with privacy or the enjoyment of the accommodation and its facilities.
