Mercè - House with sea view in Biniancolla

"Fisherman's" house with air conditioning and total sea view!

Casita Mercè will give you a lot more than it promises. Due to its location and charm, it resembles a fisherman's house, but you will see that it is very spacious and has all the comforts you could wish for, as well as first-class materials and finishes. It has two recently renewed bathrooms with shower, and a large kitchen. You will love with its cheerful colours and good equipment. In the living /dining room you can sit down in peace and enjoy the cosy atmosphere, relax for a moment from the sun and the typical activities of a holiday day.

All bedrooms in Casita Mercè have sea view and air conditioning. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and two twin rooms. The front terrace is a place where to enjoy the sea breeze, the sun and the salty air with a privileged view over the sea. Fantastic! It invites you to a first class barbecue.

Menorca par excellence. If you want this to be the motto of your holidays, Biniancolla is your ideal place. This small untamed spot brings together all the elements that for Menorcans themselves are the essence of a day on the coast. All this calmness, the sea at your feet, rocks and piers to experience the sea to the most, endearing neighbours, fishing rods, boats, wind and waves. Its crystalline waters with different shades, from the deepest blue to a luminous turquoise, allow you to enjoy the sea in all its facets.

If you like all this, you will love our houses in Biniancolla, because they also have this maritime style and will allow you to breathe an exceptional atmosphere of freedom and slow pace, to relax away from the big hotels and mass tourism.

It only remains to say that we recommend Biniancolla not only for your summer holidays, but also for spring and fall. Here you can have some wonderful walks along the sea, you will be fascinated by the Menorcan landscape and nature in low season, and you will learn that it seems that everything is just for you. The city of Maó is only about 10 kilometres away, with all its cultural, gastronomic and commercial offer, you also have Sant Lluís about 3 kilometres away, and in the immediate neighbourhood on the coast you have Punta Prima in the east and Binibeca in the west, with its magnificent beaches and its wide range of everything the “normal” tourist needs. Which you are not, because you will be a privileged person who lives the Menorca of the locals..
