Accommodation

Typical Menorquin house, completely renovated and south facing so it has sunlight all day. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, utility room, toilet, large living room with wood stove, a single room (extra bed: optional), bathroom and a double room with double bed. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a terrace of 20m2. The exterior features a 35m2 furnished terrace, barbecue area, washing line, garden with lawn, private parking and a garden with seasonal foods that you can enjoy for free. The whole property is fenced to increase privacy. Due to its characteristics and location it’s ideal to spend a few days off in summer and winter.

Environment

The house is located in the village of Pou Nou between fantastic cycle routes and walking paths. The area is largely agricultural and very very quiet, but having the great advantage that the nearest town is 1 km away and the capital of the island and beaches are at less than 4 km.
The nearest beaches are Cala Rafelet, S'Algar Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binissafuller.

Memorable 75th Birthday Celebration

Loved the property, the villa and sitting on the open outdoor front porch for breakfast and drinks in the evening that was so serene and peaceful, the chickens and the geese, but the best part of all was the property owner's assistant Elena who was so helpful and supportive, and made sure that I was provided with information and assistance crucial to fully enjoying my stay.

Fantàstica!

La casa està molt ben mantinguda i és perfecte per una família de 7-8 persones. Està situada a Pou Nou, al municipi de Sant Lluis, una zona molt privilegiada i connectada al poble al mateix temps que "rural", i molt a prop de la natura. El que més ens ha agradat ha estat la calma de la casa i el seu entorn, les gallines, les bicis, i l'hortet. L'interior és còmode i impecable. La recomanem moltíssim! Cal tenir en compte però que l'accés a la casa és a través de camins molt (molt) estrets de paret seca.Esperem tornar-hi aviat! Grácies de tot cor Elena i Jose Luis - ha estat una setmana molt especial per a nosaltres!

Oasis inolvidable

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Barbacoa, chimenea, huerto, gallinas, cama elástica, tirolina… Nuestras hijas no querían volver. La casa es muy cómoda, cada detalle está pensado. Gracias Ana y Elena por la atención. Hasta pronto!

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Sant Lluís verbracht. Nicht zuletzt wegen dem, mit liebe renovierten Landhaus. Von der Buchung, Kontaktaufnahme, vor Ort Betreuung bis zur Abgabe hat alles geklappt mit einer professionellen, zuverlässigen und sehr freundlichen Art die ich selten so erlebt habe. Villa charmante et chaleureuse

Nous avons adoré la maison de Lluis à Pou Nou et l'accueil chaleureux d'Elena. Les enfants ont tout particulièrement apprécié le grand terrain, avec modules de jeux, poules et jardin compris! C'est un endroit parfait pour toute la famille y compris pour les repas sur la grande terrasse. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Super séjour dans cette maison de vacances. Le plus, l’espace extérieur avec le jardin potager, le poulailler, le sous-bois avec les jeux pour enfants ( balançoires, trampoline, tyrolienne, hamac), et la petite maison avec pleins de jeux à l’intérieur avec le bac à sable: mes petites filles ont adoré. La maison est très bien conçue et aménagée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette location.

Excellente adresse!

Tout a été parfait. La maison: très confortable, spacieuse et très bien entretenue. L'environnement: calme avec le potager et le poulailler. Le lieu: village agréable avec de nombreux jardins potagers entourés des traditionnels murets. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans cette grande maison avec jardin! Nous avons vraiment appréciés la générosité des propriétaires qui mettent à disposition vélos (avec casque pour les enfants!), potager (fraises, aubergines, poivrons, courges) et les oeufs frais du matin. Les enfants se sont éclatés dans le jardin, balançoires, jeux, tyrolienne, petite maison...Le quartier avec ses maisons minorquines est très chouette, le passage un peu étroit mais on s'y fait! Et l'île est superbe! Merci

Delightful and charmibg

My friend and I had a wonderful trip and we were met by Elana who took us through everything, we really enjoyed cooking outside and eating wonderful fruit and veg from the garden. As I a ll ready know SNT Lluis is was good to show it off t o my friend, we ate well and enjoyed the Fish market in Mahon. The Villa was very well equipped and yes we would defi b at Ely stay again . I hope.

Casa muy cómoda con muchos detalles. Magníficos electrodomésticos. Huerta muy productiva, imposible consumir su producción y las de las gallinas. Solo una pega la cama de matrimonio de abajo muy estrecha y por el colchón o somier como uno de mueva el otro bota, a partir de la 2ª noche durmieron en ella las dos niñas. Pensamos volver

Une maison très agréable!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison de Pep Luis qui est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin et est très propre. L'environnement rural est aussi très paisible, sans être isolé. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé les vélos mis à disposition, car il y a plein de pistes cyclables au départ de la maison. En plus, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Elena et Antonio qui sont vraiment adorables! Nous espérons bien revenir un jour et ne pouvons que recommander cette location!
