This 15th Century Catalan manor offers every modern creature comfort you might dream of, but we have carefully renovated it in order to preserve its original character and beauty.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you're welcomed by an enormous and beautiful open concept living space, that connects to a wonderful dining room and a meeting room / second dining space. This is open concept living at its finest.
The ground floor also includes a large kitchen with professional grade appliances: two extra large fridges, two stoves, two ovens, a dishwasher, and all the crockery you'll need for your stay.
We also have 4 wonderful ensuite bedrooms on this level, and multiple access points to the terrace area and infinity pool. The ground floor also features a lovely bodega (wine cellar) with it's own courtyard. The wine cellar has been converted into a chapel/meeting space, ideal for weddings, events, or business meetings.
Outside you'll have plenty of space to dine or relax in the sun on one of the many pool loungers / sitting areas.
The upstairs bedrooms offer magnificent views to the hills and vineyards surrounding the village. We have another 10 air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms spread out over two more levels, 3 of which have private terraces. There are also two more living spaces on these levels, creating a common space on the upper floors. Many of the rooms can be configured into two single beds or one king bed, and we can also add beds to larger rooms to accommodate additional sleepers.
The entire mansion is steeped in history, while all of the fixtures are new and top of the line. We have lovingly refurbished the antique furnishings of the mansion while keeping with the original feeling of the house.
Masia Victoria is a very private space, yet it is located at the edge of the village of Sant Pere de Ribes. You won't even need a car to enjoy the area. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, and more are just a walk away.
For even more, you can visit Sitges town which is just a 5 minute drive away, or Barcelona city is only 25 minutes away by car.
