The property consists of two individual houses connected through the garden and sharing the pool. They are always rented together. The Garden and pool area is for private use. If you want to enjoy a large garden with a big pool, this is the property for you. The house has an impressive swimming pool with views of the sea and the mountains. From the garden you will also enjoy views of the town of Sant Pol and the entire coast of Barcelona. The house has air conditioning in the living rooms, WI-FI, TV and even a pool table. Each room has fitted wardrobes and all of them are exterior and have access to the terrace / balcony or porch. Near the beautiful beaches of fine sand of Sant Pol de Mar. The golf course of Sant Cebrià de Vallalta is 4 minutes away by car and 4 minutes away is the Sant Pol tennis club.

beautiful spot in the sun

a large house that suited our mixed family very well. Lovely pool area and 2 residences on the plot Imma was fab in helping to arrange the complex arrivals - take care, its tough to find on the GPS. we stretched our legs up from the village - but its great going down.

Stort, privat dobbelthus med stort poolområde

Imma var meget hjælpelig og let at snakke med om hvad det skulle være. Fine værelser, stort poolområde med grill og plads ved udendørs bord for os alle, vi var 13 voksne og 5 børn. Vi havde lejebil og den hjalp meget at slæbe varerne op ad den stejle vej. Vi vidste ikke at der lå en motorvej tæt ved, men eftersom den var i et lavere niveau end ejendommen, generede den ikke meget.
