The exterior comprises a private garden with minipool, external shower, sun beds and sun chairs as well as sun umbrellas, sitting and dining areas in order to enjoy relaxing moments, refreshing drinks after a long day touring around or simply for al fresco meals by the pool.

As you enter the property, you will find, a large and welcoming open plan living area complete of a very comfortable sofa and armchair, easy access to the outdoor area via a glass door, as well as dining table with chairs and just around the corner a fully equipped kitchen complete of more than the necessary in order to prepare home cooked meals if needed.

On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with king size bed, finely furnished with high quality materials and fabrics, this fantastic master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a marble sink located on one side of the room and a separate wc and shower room. There is also a large glass door that allows guests an easy access to the outdoor pool terrace.

Moving on to the upper floor via an internal wooden staircase guests will find two more double bedrooms: one offers a king size bed, while the other offers a double bed which can be turned into 2 single beds.

Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well as access to the private small balconies that offer coffee table with chairs.

The entire apartment is furnished with the highest standards of comfort and luxury including Simmons mattresses, Frette linens and towels, Smart TV, safe, Nespresso coffee machine, pool towels, wi-fi internet and much more.

Sant'Agnello is the neighboring town to Sorrento which center with its wide range of restaurants, bars and shops is less than 2 km away.
It offers a wide range of services, it is well-connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
Here you will find also a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beach can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Check-In time is from 15:00 to 21:00,
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00
Check-Out time is by 10:00 am
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
A refundable deposit of € 500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
The rates are inclusive of: welcome basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days stay, final cleaning.

Extra costs:
City tax: € 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 18,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
