Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The day we were supposed to check into the property the property manager texted and said that we couldn't use the property because of a "plumbing problem". They had another property for us to stay at close by but we had planned on room for 12 people and the other property they sent us to had room for 8, with 2 bathrooms instead of 3. The other property was barren and had some repair issues - but we made it work.
