This 2 story apartment home is perfect for families visiting with its large and spacious floor plan and Alice in Wonderland themed decor. Each bedroom has a King sized memory foam bed and a full bathroom plus a 55" 4K Roku TV. A washer and dryer is available to use in the home with complimentary laundry pods. Make yourself a coffee every morning with our Keurig - Kcups, creamers, sugar and tea provided. Need more beds? We have 2 foldable twin beds for you to use and sofa turns into a Queen sized pull out bed which also has a 55" 4K Roku TV. Our small couch also turns into a Twin pull out bed. Best part is ALL mattresses are memory foam for a comfortable night. If you choose to stay in the home, I provide board games! Need to work? There is a dedicated work space and the home has free 200Mbs Wifi.
Complex is small and well lit. Your reservation comes with 1 reserved parking spot in my gated parking area. Additional parking is available as well for $10 a night. I'm a big believer in safety so not only do you need a code to get into the parking area and a code to get into the actual complex but the home comes with home security system which allows you self check-in using a door keypad.
Home is just minutes away from Downtown Santa Ana and just a short drive to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel's Stadium and much more

This place was perfect for our trip to Disney. It is about a 15 minute drive to the park. Place was clean and well maintained, beds were so comfortable, and the space was perfect for our little group. Parking garage is a little small so if you have a big car just be warned. Besides that highly recommended!

A lovely 2BR / 2.5BA home in a prime Santa Ana location, with easy access to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. Shops, bakeries, and everyday amenities are just minutes away, and getting in and out is effortless.

The positives: beds and pillows are super comfortable. The hot water stayed hot. Loved that they supplied k cups and a coffee maker. Target is 5 min away. The decor is very cute and love the Alice in wonderland wall paper. I liked that parking was enclosed and it’s a small complex with entry right by the parking space:Tip: to exit the parking garage, you have to stick your hand through the gate to enter the gate code. There are keypads inside the garage but they don’t work for the gate. Cons: the WiFi and therefore the tv, only worked in 1 bedroom. We contacted the host who was responsive and gave alternative WiFi networks to try and connect to but none worked. The downstairs tv couldn’t find any network and the upstairs bedroom found other WiFi networks but not any that the host was providing. There also weren’t any wash clothes so we had to get some at Target. Other than those two things, it was a good stay. It’s about 15 min from Disney as long as it’s not during rush hour, during rush hour it’s about 25-30 min so just plan accordingly.

Don’t stay here!!! No hot water

Unfortunately, I had a terrible stay that included NO hot water and paper thin walls. The neighbor was up all night making noise. I never slept! It’s in a bad neighborhood and people were talking loudly outside at 3:30am. It’s far from the freeway entrance. Joel didn’t respond to my emails telling him there was no hot water until I left. It was so bad- I had to leave a day early! Do not stay here! You will regret it.

Loved the two master suites with king-sized beds and attached full bathrooms. The beds are memory foam and incredibly comfortable with soft sheets and bedding. The upstairs bathrooms are recently renovated with modern, clean finishes and includes soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The unit is just as pictured. That being said, the furnishings look better in the pictures and we were rather disappointed in the quality of the main floor furniture once we arrived. While the unit is fairly spacious, the furnishings are lacking. There are no side tables or coffee table near the couch. The desk is okay, but there are no outlets for a laptop. We found ourselves working at the dinner table in the kitchen. Coffee was provided with a Keurig along with a few small appliances; however the kitchen counterspace and storage was severely lacking. There is no pantry or shelving to store groceries and everything for our stay ended up on the kitchen table. Biggest disappointment was a lack of dishwasher in the kitchen. We rated the location a 1-star due to the unit being located in what seemed like a low-income area of the city. While the building itself is new and has gated parking for security, the neighboring apartments and homes are the opposite. There were no blinds or window coverings for the back patio slider. The neighboring home had a very bright outdoor light that shined directly into the unit at night (blinding). Neighborhood also had outdoor dogs that barked all night. Bring earplugs!
