Good location
A little bit of miscommunication at the beginning due to a double booking on this unit. I hadn’t heard from the property manager and it seems like they were unsure of which unit I was in due to a mix up on the booking calendar. . They did respond very timely though and called me directly to upgrade me to the bigger unit in this three unit area. They were apologetic and fair in dealing with us.
I can’t speak to the single unit but I can to the area of them all. It is in a quaint and safe part of Santa Ana and they have excellent parking and it’s a nice little corner area with three separate units. Inside the one we stayed in (2 bed 2 bath) the set up was the same as the pictures in this one and it was clean and all the appliances/fixtures/lights etc were all functioning and nice quality. The beds were awesome and good pillows and sheets. Big TVs in living room and bedrooms.
The kitchen is large and could stand to have a few more pots and utensils serving bowls etc. it’s minimally stocked but again more than enough for the two of us. There was no basic stuff like salt pepper coffee packs/tea etc. you have to bring everything and I guess if people leave things behind they clean them out which I get. The only thing that I would say was sub par was the private outside area in the 2 bedroom unit. The furniture was so dirty you couldn’t even sit on it, the whole area needs some TLC, dead plants and a busted laundry cart and it just looked crappy. But the nighttime lights are nice.
