I have never had such a horrible experience in my life 1- we showed up early and asked for a room in the higher parts of the hotel. 2- on check in Tyler states there was no note stating we had requested that. 3- after a long day at the park my daughter goes into the room and decided on taking a shower, SCREAMS that their are bugs everywhere, we obviously go look and yes nats, bugs ants i dont know what it was all over the sink , we continue to look at the beds and same thing it was everywhere. i go downstairs to tell tyler and he states " oh sorry " and gives me the room next door, when we opened the room next door SAME THING, BUGS everywhere. i go back down stairs and NOW they randomly have a room upstairs. we did go check it out but it was just too much and we requested a refund and we left,. mind u this is was aroun 11 pm after a long day at the park. bugs in the sink , on the beds on the couches, ill load pics so you can see for urself and the end a very nice lady helped us out very much cant remember her name but i do remember tyler and his i dont care attitude. cant believe this hotel is a marriott. side note- we did get our refund , took a week but we got it

Main complaint is parking. We had to park across the street. Smaller complaint as that there was no sign that said Express Inn. We had to go off of the address.
