This property has attentive, friendly staff and is walking distance to the beach and pier. State Street is walking distance and there is a 7-11 across the street along with a neighborhood market. If you want total luxury, upgrade to a room that is like a small apartment with a full kitchen and livingroom.

Great little hotel walking distance from the beach. They have a nice pool and the breakfast was superb! We also enjoyed biking along the beach in their rental bikes. The staff is responsive and courteous. Overall a very pleasant and satisfying place to stay.

We stayed at this beautiful property May 9th & 10th, 2025. We stayed in suite number four, which was an upgrade. Our suite was the size of a small apartment and contained a full size refrigerator along with all the other amenities that a kitchen would contain. The bed was super comfortable; we both slept very well! The location is perfect; took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also bicycles provided which are complimentary. The breakfast was sufficient; cereals, quiche, breads, pastries, & fruit. . The staff was incredibly friendly and we would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy. The room was nice and quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and the outdoor spaces were also really nice. And we were impressed with the breakfast! We would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect!

Adore the hotel! Quiet and relaxing! Made use of the bicycles. Afternoon wine and cheese and lovely breakfast with fancy danishes, oatmeal,yogurt parfait, spinach quiche etc etc… We hated to leave! The staff so pleasant and kind. A+++++++

We stayed here for 3 nights during a visit to Santa Barbara. The staff was wonderful, everyone was warm and welcoming and very helpful. The front desk staff were excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. There is a complimentary continental breakfast in the morning and a wine and cheese hour in the evening, which was great. Parking was included and easy. Overall-an excellent stay. We will stay here again!

Comfortable quiet and large

Great stay, room was large with full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had been recently updated. They offered a reception in the evenings with wine and finger foods. Walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. Not really walking distance to pier or shopping but we utilized uber all over town. There are two gas stations right next to it so you can walk to grab drinks or snacks. They had bikes to use but we didn’t end up using them. Enjoyed our stay.

I loved having a kitchen in the room. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast table by the window was a nice touch. Parking was easy and you have charging for our EV car. Our stay was amazing and we both slept well.

Way too expensive for what is basically a motel

This was a quick one night getaway from LA. The property is basically a glorified motel. The door and window of the room open to an outdoor walkway on the second floor. The “first” floor is the parking area so if we open our blinds, we see people walking by our room and cars parked below. The room furnishings are basic. Our “VIP” amenity was a bottle of sparkling wine that couldn’t have cost more than $5-6. The description on hotels.com oversells the property. The location isn’t bad as it’s a few blocks to the beach. But $445 a night for what is basically a motel room is exorbitant.

We liked the room and the breakfast. We did not like the wait or service at check in. The African American guy at the counter wouldn't even look up from his writing or make eye contact. After about thirty seconds I asked if I could check in. He was annoyed. All he said was "I need your license and credit card". That is no welcome. Also, there was no elevator. Otherwise all was good.
