This spot is amazing. It had everything I needed for the kitchen, including spices, olive oil and vinegar, coffee, tea, and all the cooking utensils and pots/pans. The bathtub was perfect! The bed was super comfortable. The communication was excellent. The location is great, very near to downtown shopping and restaurants and groceries. The roof terrace was really peaceful. What a charming spot! I would definitely stay again and recommend. Honestly, a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Santa Barbara! I'm so glad I found this spot!

Good spot off 2 blocks off State Street, quiet, nice walk, bikes close by, free parking. Very clean, great little kitchen, bed comfy, bathroom clean with plenty off towels and accoutrements. Secure area. Multilevel areas for pictures and rooftop for end of day relaxation. No pool. Will be back again.

Pleasantly surprised at these recently remodeled/renovated apartments The staff replied promptly by text with any inquiries the kitchen had all the amenities for two people, a Nespresso machine with plenty of pods, microwave, refrigerator, ironing, board slippers, hairdryer, toothbrush, and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, hand, lotion, dish, soap, etc., etc.…. Everything was in great working order. Pet friendly! Beautiful decor and fixtures

Wow, Casa de la Vina exceeded our expectations and it was the best choice we made when planning our trip to downtown Santa Barbara. The property was very clean, new & well-maintained. We reserved one of the largest units and it was so spacious: 2 King en suites joined by a kitchen, dining and living area + laundry room + private patio. The place came fully equipped with everything you needed and more. The location was only a couple blocks from the main downtown area so we were able to walk to State Street in ~6 minutes. There was a downtown Farmers Market on Tuesday which was fun to walk around & shop. We ended up bringing and back impromptu food/vegetables that we were able to cook bc of how well-equipped the kitchen was. The property was quiet and peaceful, with convenient parking (+ electric charging stations) and even a large rooftop terrace. The offsite staff was very responsive & helpful leading up to and during the stay. The check-in/check-out process and keyless entry was smooth & hassle-free. Excellent overall experience and I would definitely recommend & return in the future. Appreciate how well thought-out & how well run this property is!
