The staff was great, the property is clean and well maintained, and the espresso machine in the lobby is a nice touch. But room #116 was noisy (HVAC & fridge), the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, it can't open fully because of the TP holder, and it has inadequate clearance above the floor so it jams on the bathmat, and the bathroom fan didn't move any air, certainly not commensurate with the amount of noise it made.
