Room was very clean but a bit dated. Carpet worn/stained, but so clean that you don’t really care. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 8 years and am always happy to return. The rooftop is amazing.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and pretty comfortable. It was very convenient for an early morning flight out of the Santa Barbara airport (7-8 drive). Hard beds and flat pillows (that seem to be normal for the West Coast though)! For a chain hotel the price was comparable to others but without the free breakfast. It is a good 15-20 drive to Santa Barbara though just FYI.

Parking if not free Staff are okay but most just doing thier job , not really care about you go there or not. Nice place but pricy for the service you get
