The staff and service were excellent, and the property was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The only drawback was the noise from the upstairs neighbors, though that’s more a matter of inconsiderate guests than the hotel's responsibility. One suggestion for improvement: many hotels offer complimentary parking for guests with handicap placards, and I would have appreciated a similar accommodation here. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Everything was wonderful except being charged $15 for parking my car....which I parked by myself! When I called the desk clerk took the charge off and was very nice about doing so...As I understood the explanation this is company policy. I think this is a terrible 'company policy'. This certainly is not a 'service' offered by the company...it simply is another way for my pocket to be picked!
