The front desk was very nice but the room lacked cleanliness. There was a used toothpick on the floor and splattered toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. It was very quite which was nice.

The property is very well maintained and clean I like that there is a lot of room for sitting and just enjoying the quietness. I didn’t have the opportunity to meet much of the staff just the receptionist, but she was excellent her her job.

Good location for visiting UCSB students. Liked that we could walk to services and restaurants. Loved the rooftop bar. If breakfast was included it would have been perfect.
