Good location. Rooms are really small. Really small. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is next to a bar which was loud one night of our stays. There was also an event location across the street that played music very loud the same night.

The staff was excellent. Very nice, polite and accomodating. They were very attentive when we brought in the car, with our luggage and very kind overall. My family had a small wedding cake that the team was able to store in the refrigerator until, we needed to bring it to the restaurant.

Perfect spot for couples.

The rooms were beautifully appointed. Hotel staff were great, especially the valet team. It’s right on State Street in the heart of everything and walking distance to the beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They brought freshly baked cookies to my room with a sweet note to say Happy Birthday. But the property is under construction, noise started early in the morning, not a chance of sleeping in and continued until about 6:30pm. I was not told of construction until the day prior to check in, so no chance to cancel reservation. I waited for valet to retrieve my car, no one was around, I finally walked to the coffee shop and when I came back, they still weren’t there. Water bottles in the room were dirty, bathroom “barn” door did not close all the way, was about 6 inches shy of closing, a little awkward. The location on State Street is convenient to shops and restaurants but I did not feel safe to walk around after dark. There were many unhoused individuals, urinating in public, yelling at passersby, taking off clothes, “fenty folds”….sad and unnerving. I would not recommend the hotel.

In the heart of Old Town. Great location. Hotel was under renovation and the staff did their best to accommodate us. Room had been renovated, so very comfortable. Some quirky things during renovations with entry etc. No elevator and narrow steps to second floor. Very quiet room.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The valet gentleman remembered my name the next day which was very impressive considering the hotel was completely booked. The property is under construction which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. The room was spacious and very modern with a very comfortable bed. They provided reusable water bottles and had a filtered water station on our floor which dispensed flat or sparkling water. Very convenient as it was pretty the days we were there.

The hotel is under construction ….and it would have been helpful to know that prior to booking. Our room was already nicely renovated but the lobby was closed off and access to the elevator was around back of building. Not convenient! Staff was pleasant and helpful
