Good, but thermostat didn't work

Overall, this is a nice property and the staff is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the thermostat on the AC/heating unit was not working properly and would not turn off. It was super hot when the Heat was turned on (it was raining the night we stayed) or it got quite cold because we had to switch it to Cool. We didn’t realize this until 3 am when we woke up sweating and we switched over to Cool. By then, we just had to deal with it. The morning Manager said we should have unplugged and "reset" the unit. Good to know for next time! 😅

What a quaint place. The rooms are so clean and large ... it's great to have the kitchenette!!! We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee ... didn't have time for the wine and cheese but we will definitely be staying here again!!! Great staff too!!!!

Great place to stay!

I met my dayghter fir a weekend in Santa Barbara and stayed at the Inn at the Harbor. We loved our room and the grounds. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is older, but the exterior is stylist and clean. However our room were very dated. Needs serious update. The tv was old with bad quality picture terrible sound. The kitchen and bathroom were so dated like 80’s and this was Felix room. The heater was so noise. Location was ok, close the beach, but also to public park with so many homeless. For this price definitely not worth.

Cute and comfortable

This is an older-style motel but nicely renovated and kept up. The rooms were in great condition, and very comfortable, and the landscaping was beautiful. Everyone was helpful, and the small continental breakfast was more than enough for me. You can hear your neighbors pretty clearly in the adjacent rooms and parking lot, but just turning the AC fan on made it easy to sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

I would give this Inn a 10 star if I could, our room was clean, everyone working at the Inn made us feel special, they offer free complimentary breakfast every thing was fresh and clean. They also offer free wine and cheese in the evening. Very helpful with instructions to the area around us with restaurants and places to see. Very special Inn.. We are returning next month for a little getaway.

I would have rated the property excellent except for one thing which happened to be important to me, which was that the Wi-Fi connection was very inconsistent to the point of being unusable. When it worked, it was fast enough, but it dropped out every 5 to 10 minutes and then came back five minutes later. Over and over.

A happy stay.

We took Coast Starlight train to Santa Barbara, stayed two nights in here. Walked to the downtown and boardwalk coast. Those staffs are good, and free happy hour gave us a surprisingly happy time.

What a pleasant surprise. We stumbled onto this unique little property by accident. At first, we thought it was just like one of the many little motels that you see dotted up and down the highway. But as we walked and toured the property, we soon came to realize that this place was super unique. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room, it was immaculate, which seems to be more and more uncommon these days, unfortunately. As seasoned travelers, we’ve seen it all from one star, all the way to four stars. This place is definitely a keeper-one that we will come back to when we’re in the area. The beds were comfortable, pillows were great, and the shower was good. We had no complaints about anything. Spent a wonderful three days in the Santa Barbara area and had a blast. It is located in a great area, right next to the marina and beach. Both were within walking distance. We highly recommend this property!!!!

We loved the courtyard pool area clean and pretty. The staff was super friendly and they did a nice breakfast, and a wine and cheese every day. When we arrived at our room we received a lovely bottle of California sparkling wine🙂🙂 Thanks to the staff
