The room was so outdated and smelt of mold. The pics on the website made the place look like paradise however that was not the case once we saw it in person. I will say the customer service was good. Checking in was quick and painless. I just wish our bathroom didn’t flood and we were given a room that I saw on the website.

Front desk staff, and the breakfast setup staff were great. Rooms were clean and while we didn't use it the fact they had bikes was great. The location was perfect was our trip and we walked everywhere to explore the city. The property definitely is old and needs to be updated. The hot tub and pool were too dingy and old looking so we did not attempt to use it.

On checkout day, we were approved for a 12pm checkout and when we returned to the room before 12pm, it was already being cleaned and we were turned away, told we couldn't be in the room anymore. Additionally, there were ants coming up from the headboard into the bed (and this happened in another room that a friend was staying in). Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Inn by The Harbor. The breakfast was nice as was the afternoon wine, cheese and crackers, and cookies. Hotel staff were friendly. We enjoyed walking the nearby community college campus and rode our bikes to the beach, which is quite close. We would stay again.

The central courtyard was landscaped beautifully. Our room was modern and beachy. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping, very attentive and pleasant. Location was great as well.

Room was spotless. It had vinyl floors, which made it colder, yet cleaner. The kitchen was obviously recently beautifully redone. I don’t know if it was even used before us, as all appliances were spotless and appeared brand new. The room was quite spacious, even with 2 queen beds. The only negative is that the TV was very difficult to understand with the two remotes. The grounds, and courtyard, were charming. I wish I had brought my bathing suit for the pool. The breakfast was modest. A true continental. Don’t expect to "fill up." The staff was efficient and friendly.

I really enjoyed my time here! Huge room with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and sliding door access to the pool and jacuzzi. I also really appreciated the breakfast and happy hours spreads. I just wish I'd known about the construction, which was quite noisy.
