When we checked in we were not told that our view was 90% obstructed. Once we brought this up to the front desk, they promised to fix the issue. But they never followed through. We repeatedly brought up our dissatisfaction and only until we checked out when they gave us comped us the resort fee. Not the service I expected for a Hyatt facility.

Everyone here is so nice. Beautiful property. The highlight of our trip was getting bikes from the valet and riding from the hotel, down to the pier.

Perfect hotel for family’s

We loved this place , it was a Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nice , location was great for family’s with kids. we wished we would have booked a balcony .. because the ocean views were beautiful!! Only negative - they had some carpets being installed across from us early Friday morning - and there was some partying above us every night until after 2am - Thursday - Sunday ( normally wouldn’t mind but we had our kids with us ). We would stay here again .. just maybe a different room ( balcony )
