Our Santa Barbara home has been newly remodeled and decorated with a Sundance flare. It is cozy, quiet, and well-appointed with high-end furnishings. Spend the evening with a glass of wine before a striking, custom-tiled Santa Barbara-inspired fireplace, and cuddle up on the L-shaped couch and watch a movie with some popcorn. This living space has several large windows with lots of light filling the rooms.
The open floor plan flows into the spacious kitchen, which features window views of beautiful green space, new counters, cabinets, and wood floors. Cook a delicious meal in the well-appointed kitchen that the whole family will love.
The primary bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a walk-in closet with plenty of storage, an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanities, a flat-screen TV, and French doors open to a spacious outdoor deck and sitting area with private green space.
